Donor Information

You can be a part of this grand endeavor and have your name engraved on the Donor’s Recognition Plaque that will forever be a part of the memorial.

Donors of $100 or more may have their names inscribed on the plaque and may use their own name or that of someone they wish to honor.

For example:

Dr. & Mrs. John Smith

James P. Watts, TMC (SS), USN (ret.)

Sycuan Resort and Casino

For donations of $200 or more two names (two lines) can be inscribed, such as:

Jane Doe, in remembrance of her father
John C. Doe, RMC(SS), lost on USS Corvina (SS-226)

World War II Officers and Crew
of USS Tuny (SS-282)

Larger donations will be gratefully accepted and will be recognized with a larger size font and more prominent placement on the plaque.
